Despot Reaches Kustendorf

The writer Slobodan Despot arrived in the village of Mećavnik, where he will be a member of the three-strong jury at the 12th Kustendorf Film and Music Festival held under the slogan The Perfect Dozen. Despot translated the works of great Serbian authors such as Dobrica Ćosić, Miloš Crnjanski, Momo Kapor and then moved on to write his own novels that garnered wide critical acclaim in France. The jury will have to select the best movies out of 21 shortlisted films, which will receive this year’s festival awards – the Golden, Silver and Bronze Eggs.
