French actress Melanie Laurent held a brief Q&A session after the screening of her film Tomorrow on the fourth morning of the Küstendorf Festival. She spoke about the inspiration for making such a film and the effect it has had so far. Laurent looked back on her days spent with Greenpeace, saying that this was the time when she judged people for being environmentally unaware after seeing what they are capable of doing to the planet. However, the making of this film changed her and she started to see that love and understanding are what changes the world. As one of the positive impacts of the film, she highlighted the increase in activist enthusiasm.
