Synopsis

Driss and Manuel are two childhood friends who end up taking opposite paths: Manuel chose to embrace the thug life, while Driss becomes a cop. When Manuel’s biggest deal goes terribly wrong, the two men meet again and come to realize they both need each other to survive in their worlds.

David Oelhoffen

David Oelhoffen, born in 1968, is a French film director and screenwriter. His debut feature In Your Wake premiered in the International Critics' Week of the 2007 Cannes Film Festival. His second feature, Far from Men (2014), based on the short story The Guest by Albert Camus, premiered at the 71st Venice International Film Festival where it won three awards.
