You Have a Problem is a peek into the lives of an average Russian family as they struggle to organize an intervention for their loved one.
Lena Tsodykovskaya was born and raised in Moscow, Russia, where she worked as an assistant on multiple Russian television programmes and later as a director on the Russian franchise of a popular German children’s science show called Galileo. After working in television, Lena established her own production company, Toy TV, in which, together with a group of colleagues, she developed, produced and directed music videos and web commercials. For the past three years, Lena has been pursuing her Master of Fine Arts degree in the film programme at Columbia University in the City of New York, while working as a freelance cinematographer. Her first narrative short, Louder, Please, has been screened at film festivals throughout the United States as well as in the UK, winning prizes at the Brooklyn Short Film Festival and the Science-Fiction + Fantasy Short Film Festival in Seattle. Lena is currently prepping for her fifth short film, which will be considered as her thesis for Columbia University.
