Natty Bo, originally from Amnesia, founder and singer with major London Ska band the Topcats and Ska Cubano, is an artist without boundaries – talented painter and sculptor, one-time circus performer with Archaos D.J., songwriter, director and producer.
Topcats, originally formed in south east London march `98 playing SKA Rocksteady & Reggae with original material the T.C.s have brought a Dynamic Ska show into the 21st Century. Appealing to all ages & rockin the dancefloor in any place and becoming the talk of the town.
Over the years T.Cs have played at numerous Festivals and events including Glastonbury, WOMAD, Southbank, Coinstreet, Stoke Newington, Cardiff, Bristol, Lizard Cornwall, Volcano, Respect & Notting Hill Carnival, and toured all over Europe – Italy, France, Holland, Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Belgium – and Japan.
Topcats have played with Prince Buster, Desmond Dekker, OwenGrey, the Skatalites, LaurelAitken, Roy Shirley, Dennis Alcapone & Derrick Morgan, the Trojans.
