Festival ended with presentation of awards  
 
Details International Film Festival Kustendorf in Drvengrad on Mokra Gora ended with formal ceremony and presentation of awards for the best student films – original sculptures made of genuine eggs – Golden, Silver and Bronze Egg – the work of artist Vladimir Kravček.

Impressions from the Festival  
 
During the talks with the students whose films have been shown in the Competition Programme of the Kustendorf Film Festival, just before announcement of the winners, we have managed to find out about their impressions on the Festival, staying in Drvengrad, and importance of the meeting with each others and with worldly renowned directors.

Cristian Munguiu at the Kustendorf Film Festival  
 
Details Romanian director Cristian Munguiu, who got the Golden Palm at the last year’s Cannes Film Festival for his release ‘4 Months, 3 weeks, 2 Days’, had a workshop after the projection of this movie within the Kustendorf Film Festival on Mecavnik, right before the closing ceremony. As he mentioned, one year before triumph in Cannes he had not even had a screenplay for the movie: ‘I already knew the story.

Razvan Vasilescu at the Kustendorf Film Festival  
 
Details California Dreamin’, the last film of Cristian Nemescu ,  unfinished due to his untimely death, was shown at the Kustendorf Film Festival on Mokra Gora, on which occasion, Razvan Vasilescu arrived at Drvengrad. Together with Armand Asante he plaid a significant part in this unusual release.

Miki Manojlovic, the guest of Kustendorf Film Festival  
 
Details “When coming back to Serbia, I don’t feel anything anymore. There used to be a country in which I grew up and considered mine. Not any more. The only excitement I feel is when coming to meet with my friends, such as Emir Kusutrica”. This is what Serbian highly acclaimed actor Miki Manojlovic said at the beginning of an extremely visited press conference on the sixth day of Kustendorf Film Festival when asked: “What do you feel when coming back to Serbia?" His film Irina Palm was shown on the fifth day of the Festival within the program CONTEMPORARY TRENDS.
